I came across a website offering Free PhotoShop ActionScript.
The photoshop action is called “Out Of Bounds“.
Making this effect manually is very difficult, but thanks to PanosFX.com, it has become so simple.
There is some variables that you need to set yourself, but you can see the video tutorial to guide you along.
The effect turns out to be very nice and my girlfriend likes the effect very much, saying that it is artistic.. haha.
